By accessing or using Leadibly (the "Service"), operated by FCO SRL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Leadibly is a B2B lead generation platform that allows businesses to search for business leads by sector and country, enrich them with contact information, and send email outreach campaigns.
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
New accounts receive 3 verified leads (with email) at no cost. No credit card is required for the free tier. Once the limit is reached, a paid subscription is required to continue.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Annual plans are non-refundable. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and access continues until the end of the billing period.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business outreach. You must not use the Service to send spam, harass individuals, or violate any applicable law including GDPR and CAN-SPAM. You are responsible for the content of emails sent through the Service.
Lead data collected through the Service originates from publicly available sources (Google Maps, business websites). You are responsible for ensuring your use of this data complies with applicable data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal data.
You must honour unsubscribe requests immediately. The Service provides a barring list feature to help you manage opt-outs. Continued contact with individuals who have opted out is a violation of these Terms.
FCO SRL provides the Service on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of lead data. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy.
