Account data: email address, company name, and password (hashed). Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. Usage data: lead searches, campaign activity, login timestamps. Lead data: business names, addresses, phone numbers, emails collected from public sources.
To provide and improve the Service. To process payments and manage subscriptions. To send transactional emails (welcome, password reset, campaign notifications). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Lead data collected through the Service consists of publicly available business information. As a user of Leadibly, you act as an independent data controller for the leads you collect and contact. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable regulations.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Lead data is retained until you delete it or close your account. After account closure, data is deleted within 30 days.
Stripe: payment processing (stripe.com/privacy). Google Places API: lead discovery. These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may request data export or restriction of processing. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@leadibly.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Leadibly uses only functional cookies necessary for authentication (JWT tokens stored in localStorage). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure. Please use a strong password and keep it confidential.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
